Beantragung von Asyl
Asyl kann nur von Personen beantragt werden, die sich in Deutschland befinden. Es ist nicht möglich, Asyl bei einer deutschen Botschaft oder bei einem deutschen Konsulat zu beantragen. Weiterhin können die deutsche Botschaft in Ankara und die deutschen Konsulate in der Türkei auch keinerlei Unterstützung bei Stellung eine Asylantrages oder Zufluchtersuchens leisten.
Political asylum in Germany can only be requested from within the country, that is by persons, who are in the Federal Republic of Germany. It is not possible to seek for asylum at a diplomatic or consular mission of the Federal Republic of Germany. Given this legal framework, the German Embassy in Ankara and the German Consulates in Turkey have no legal discretion to assist with any individual requests for asylum or refuge in Germany.
